You’ll never know what you’re capable of until you give it a shot. Perhaps you don’t consider yourself a writer, painter or singer but wish to practice one of these in your spare time.

Develop it.  A hobby doesn’t necessarily mean being master of a particular art – what’s most important is that you enjoy whatever it is a great deal as you practice.

Benefits: Hobbies help you to take breaks, bring fun to life, act as de-stressors and according to some studies, they even lower blood pressure.

Challenge For The Week: Make time for whatever skill you wish to develop and spend some time practicing it. This could be something you enjoy doing in your spare time, i.e gardening, photography or cooking. Dedicate three days of your week to practice the skill for at least 20 minutes each time.
