Fashion Trends of Spring 2009

Four Must-haves!
Plaid- This spring will be found in bright abstract colors. Look for hot purples, teals, and yellows as well as neutrals.
Leather jacket- A short leather jacket is a wardrobe staple.
The Oversized Bag-There are lots of colorful patterns to choose this spring. Keep in mind that to add a touch of class to your look, match your shoes with your handbag.
Ripped/distressed jeans- The 90’s are back!
Ad ons
Monochromatic- A one-color outfit creates a longer, slimmer leg. Do this in classic colors like black, beige, and navy.
White & Black- Black and white will be two colors you will see paired together this season in stripes, dots, checks, and animal prints.
Cardigans- Look for cardigans with ¾ sleeves, accented with large buttons. You can layer it with a camisole.
Floral- Instead of floral that looks like wallpaper, you will find either huge Hawaiian print floral or watercolor like print.
