There’s Matisse, Picasso, Rembrandt, and then there’s “YOU!” Why not try one of these fabulous paint chip or post-it art creations. It’s a great alternative to painting if you live in an apartment, and a great reason to use up all of the old paint chips you’ve collected from the home improvement stores over the years.
Just ask, most home improvement stores will give you discontinued fan decks of paint chips (so no, not advocating pilfering the chips-smile).
