How to Make Your Own Curry Powder

Who doesn’t love the smell of curry in stew? If you’re a curry lover and are experimental, we have a simple challenge for you – make your own curry power.

Interestingly, this might seem intimidating especially when curry smells like a complicated mix of spices, but it’s a simple task. Before we get to the recipe, let’s take a quick look at some benefits and side effects of the spice.

Curry possesses several health benefits including anti-inflammatory properties, and is also known to be a good source of antioxidants. However, it needs to be taken in moderation as it can cause digestive distress and slow blood clotting.
