A Polished Appearance: Self -Promotion and Looking the Part

Comment: This article is so true. We showcase who we are by how we look. I can identify with the entire article, that some days I do not want to let ppl know who I am because I did not take time with how I look and you are quite ashamed to say I am so and so.

I read the Bible a lot and a few years ago something jumped out at me and since then I have been trying my best. There's this scripture that says "God looks at the heart of man but man looks at the outside of man". Then I realised that I live in man's world and have to focus myself on what my fellow men see. God will see how clean and good my heart is but my fellow humans can only see my external.
